Behind Vibe & Flow, we're two co-founders, first generation Asian born and bred in Melbourne, Australia. As Pilates instructors, we noticed a gap in the market for high-quality socks that not only perform well but also celebrate cultural diversity. That's why we created Vibe & Flow — to bring a fresh, inclusive perspective to the world of Pilates.

Our mission is to share our story and the uniqueness of other communities, history and culture by getting you to Vibe and Flow with us. We believe that exercise isn’t exclusive, it’s for anyone and everyone.
